Emily Harrison, Director of Communications
Emily Harrison manages internal and external communications for CWI clients, including Iowa KidsNet, Kids Hope United and Family Continuity. In this role, she develops and manages targeted brand awareness campaigns, including a campaign aimed at changing the public's perception of foster care in Miami, Fla. Previously, she served as an account manager and public relations specialist at a full-service advertising agency, where she managed various high-profile accounts. Harrison's involvement with marketing and media campaigns has been honored with a Platinum PR Award and recognized by the International Association of Business Communicators. Harrison has a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Indiana University.

Mick Bockstruck, Senior Graphic Designer
Mick Bockstruck oversees the design and production of Web sites and projects for all CWI clients. Bockstruck has developed a wide variety of external sites and internal portals, including an external site aimed at seeking adoptive families for central Florida's foster children and an internal training portal used to increase staff participation in a state-mandated training series in Florida. Previously, Bockstruck spent five years as a graphic/Web designer for JC Whitney, the world's largest automotive aftermarket catalog company. In addition to his work with CWI, Bockstruck manages Clandestine Design, a freelance design firm. Bockstruck earned a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Eastern Illinois University where he also minored in business administration.

Miriam Cintrón, Communications Associate
Miriam Cintrón writes content for internal and external CWI clients, including Lutheran Services Florida and Kids Hope United. Her work for CWI includes creating awareness of services offered by CWI clients by sharing stories of youth served by them. She has an extensive journalism background, previously working as a reporter for several community newspapers in the Chicago area, covering local politics, education and community organizations. She has also written for national magazines focusing on race and politics. Her writing earned her an Apex Award for Excellence in the Special Purpose Writing category. Cintrón has a bachelor's degree in journalism and international studies from Loyola University Chicago.

Laura Ellingsen, Graphic Designer
Laura Ellingsen provides design support for internal and external CWI clients, which includes campaigns to increase awareness of foster children available for adoption. Ellingsen previously served as a Web and graphic designer at an advertising agency, where she developed Web sites, created logos and took photographs for more than two years. She also did Web design for a communications company and her college newspaper. She has experience redesigning and maintaining the Web sites for restaurants, music bands, school districts and non-profit organizations. Ellingsen earned her Bachelor in Applied Science in graphic arts from Robert Morris College.
